The hotel had a great swimming pool area, with plenty of sunbeds available. The Turkish bath was also a highlight, a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any issues we had during our stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the beach and other amenities in the area.

There were a few aspects that we did not enjoy during our stay. The communication was a major problem, as most of the staff did not speak English well, making it difficult to communicate our needs and concerns.

Entering this hotel, I immediately felt like I stepped into a heavenly utopia. the luxurious amenities present here met my high standards. It has a lavish spa, soothing sauna, an outdoor pool, and exceptional beach access with beach umbrellas and sun loungers available. the garden area is beautiful and provides a relaxing atmosphere. the food at the restaurant is delicious, with an extensive buffet breakfast.

The only minor issue I had with this hotel was the entertainment. Though the shows offered at night were good, I was expecting more events during the day as well.

The hotel is conveniently located near Reggae bar and taxi, with easy access to a lovely beach. Guests can also use a tunnel to reach nearby attractions. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. the bathrooms are modern and spacious. the staff provides excellent service, attending to guests' needs. the breakfast offers a good variety of options, including freshly baked Turkish specialties. the hotel also has a Turkish bath and a swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds for relaxation.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the gym, need improvement.
